Day 1-- 18 April - Arrival to Istanbul |
|
|
Welcome to Istanbul, the only city in the world connecting two continents: Asia and Europe. Meet our reps at the airport for the complimentary shuttle transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon our tour leader will brief us about the next days of our journey. After your own arrangements for dinner, join the "Anzac Welcome Party" in the evening and get to know our travel mates. (Special discount will be available on all drinks! ) (Meals: None)

Day 2-- 19 April - Istanbul and Bosphorus |
|
|
After breakfast start to discover the magnificent sights of Istanbul including the Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace and the St Sophia. Today we´ll also join the Bosphorous Cruise and spend memorable hours on the fascinating strait between Asia and Europe. (Meals: Breakfast)

Day 3-- 20 April - Istanbul to Cappadocia |
|
|
Today depart to Cappadocia, a landscape of rock formations, chimneys and cones. On arrival visit one the kervansaray before check-in (Meals: Breakfast and dinner)

Day 4-- 21 April - Cappadocia |
|
|
Today we explore the natural and historical beauties of Cappadocia including the Goreme Open Air Museum, Pigeon Valley and Uchisar. For those that wish, there
is also the opportunity to visit local handicraft manufactures and learn about their traditional arts. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner)

Day 5-- 22 April - Underground City & Pamukkale |
|
|
After breakfast we make our way to Pamukkale. Enroute we stop to visit one of the underground cities. Arrival to Pamukkale late evening. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner)

Day 6-- 23 April - Pamukkale & Ephesus |
|
|
First visit the natural formation of the travertens in Pamukkale before heading on to Selcuk where you have the opportunity to visit one of the most impressive and best preserved ancient cities in Turkey, that of Ephesus. Evening offers you the chance to join the Anzac Barbeque. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner)

Day 7-- 24 April - Troy & Anzac Cove |
|
|
Early in the morning depart from Selcuk for Troy to visit this legendary city, said to be the home of "Helen of Troy" and the "Trojan Horse". Afterwards we continue to Gallipoli and head our way to Anzac Cove where we will spend the night in preparation for the Dawn Service (Meals: Breakfast)

Day 8-- 25 April - Dawn Service & Ayvalik |
|
|
Attend the Dawn Service and the national ceremonies. In the afternoon we head our way to Ayvalik, a charming seaside town located on the Aegean Sea.Arrival late evening (3.5hr drive) and check-in to the resort hotel (Meals: Dinner)

Day 9-- 26 April - Gallipoli (without the crowds) |
|
|
Breakast then depart for Gallipoli to visit the battlefields and memorials of Kabatepe War Museum, Anzac Cove, Chunuk Bair and Lone Pine. In the afternoon we make our way back to Istanbul for an overnight stay. (Meals: Breakfast)
