Day 1-- 14 April - Arrival to Istanbul |
|
|
Welcome to Istanbul, the only city in the world connecting two continents: Asia and Europe. Meet our reps at the airport for the complimentary shuttle transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon our tour leader will brief us about the next days of our journey. After your own arrangements for dinner, join the "Anzac Welcome Party" in the evening and get to know our travel mates. (Special discount will be available on all drinks! ) (Meals: None)

Day 2-- 15 April - Istanbul and Bosphorus |
|
|
After breakfast start to discover the magnificent sights of Istanbul including the Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace and the St Sophia. Today we´ll also join the Bosphorous Cruise and spend memorable hours on the fascinating strait between Asia and Europe. (Meals: Breakfast)

Day 3-- 16 April - Istanbul to Cappadocia |
|
|
Today depart to Cappadocia, a landscape of rock formations, chimneys and cones. On arrival visit one the kervansaray before check-in (Meals: Breakfast and dinner)

Day 4 -- 17 April - Cappadocia |
|
|
Today we explore the natural and historical beauties of Cappadocia including the Goreme Open Air Museum, Pigeon Valley and Uchisar. For those that wish, there
is also the opportunity to visit local handicraft manufactures and learn about their traditional arts. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner)

Day 5--18 April - Cappadocia |
|
|
Today visit an underground city and a Kervansaray in the region. Also trek the Ihlara Valley famous for natural enviroment and beauty. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner)

Day 6-- 19 April - Antalya |
|
|
After breakfast we depart down to the Mediterranean Coast. In the evening arrive to Antalya, one of the most popular resort towns. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner)

Day 7-- 20 April - Antalya & Fethiye |
|
|
After spending some time in Antalya we drive further to Fethiye. Afternoon is free at leisure in Fethiye to enjoy the surrounds and seaside. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner)

Day 8-- 21 April - Oludeniz & Kayakoy |
|
|
Today visit the peaceful lagoon of Oludeniz and time for a swim (weather permitting). In the afternoon visit Kayakoy (Karmylassos), the old Greek town famous for its old stone houses. We then return to the hotel. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner)

Day 9-- 22 April - Pamukkale |
|
|
Early in the morning we drive to Pamukkale and discover the magnificent white calcium formations of the travertens. In the afternoon we head to the region of Kusadasi/Selcuk where we stay overnight. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner)

Day 10-- 23 April - Ephesus |
|
|
Breakfast then on to explore one of the most impressive Greco-Roman cities in Turkey; Ephesus. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner)

|
Day 11--24 April - Anzac Cove |
|
|
Today we head to Gallipoli and make our way to Anzac Cove where we will spend the night in preparation for the following day´s Dawn Service. (Meals: Breakfast)

Day 12-- 25 April - Dawn Service |
|
|
Early in the morning we attend the Dawn Service and the various national ceremonies. In the afternoon we head to Ayvalik for overnight stay. (Meals: Dinner)
|

|
Day 13-- 26 April - Ayvalik & Pergamum |
|
|
From Ayvalik we head to Bergama to explore the ruins of the ancient city of Pergamum which include the remains of Temple of Trajan, Temple of Athena, library and theatre cut into the steep hillside. In the afternoon we return to Ayvalik and join in the Anzac Barbeque. (Meals: Breakfast and dinner)

Day 14-- 27 April - Gallipoli without the crowds !! |
|
|
Breakfast, check-out and we make our way back to Gallipoli to visit the sights without the crowds. The guide will take you to visit the Kabatepe War Museum, Anzac Cove, Chunuk Bair, Lone Pine and tell you more about the legendary campaign. We then head back to Istanbul for overnight stay. (Meals: Breakfast)
